Alphaville S.A. is a Brazilian urban development company. The company develops and markets planned neighborhoods, subdivisions, and gated communities. It has a landbank located in several regions of Brazil, such as the Northeast, Southeast, Midwest and South. Its business model is based primarily on partnership contracts, in which landlords contribute land to projects. On the other hand, Alphaville is responsible for the costs and execution of the entire process, including project development, licensing, construction, sale and, in some cases, financing clients, which allows the company to avoid disbursing the areas directly.
