BB Seguridade ParticiENT S.A. is a holding company that operates in the insurance, open pension and capitalization markets in Brazil, through stakes in several companies. Its operations are divided into two main business segments: Insurance and Social Security. The insurance segment, operated by investment firm Brasilseg, offers products such as life, rural, lender and damages. The company also operates with open private pension plans, through Brasilprev, and with savings bonds, through Brasilcap. BB Seguridade's business model is based on the distribution of its products through the Bank of Brazil's bancassurance channel, using the bank's vast network of branches and digital platforms to reach its clients across the country.
