International Meal Company Alimentação S.A. (IMC) is a large multi-brand food retail company operating in Latin America. The company operates hundreds of stores, both owned and franchised, with a geographic presence concentrated in Brazil and the United States. Its operations are divided into business units by business segment. The Brazil segment includes highway operations (under the Frango Assado brand, which combines restaurants and gas stations), airports (retail and air catering, such as RA Catering), and restaurants in malls and urban centers (including Pizza Hut, KFC and Vienna). The U.S. operation manages casual dining restaurants, such as Margaritaville and Landshark.
