MRV&Co is a Brazilian holding company that operates an ecosystem of companies focused on housing. Its main subsidiary, MRV, is the largest builder and developer in Latin America in the popular residential development segment, focusing on projects funded by the My House, My Life program. In addition to MRV, the group operates under the Sensia brand, aimed at middle income. The company also owns Urba, which develops and markets planned urban allotments. Completing its operations in Brazil, Luggo operates in the residential (multifamily) rental segment, building and managing buildings for rent. MRV&Co expanded its operations to the United States through Resia, a developer focused on the development of residential projects for rent.
