The company has two business segments: the acquisition, development, ownership, and management of multifamily properties which include the rental of apartments (Residential Segment) and other tenant services, including parking and storage space rental, and the acquisition, development, ownership, and management of commercial properties which are office properties(Commercial Segment). It includes the rental of office space and other tenant services, including parking and storage space rental.
