Azevedo & Travassos S.A. is a Brazilian company focused on the infrastructure sector, which, after a corporate reorganization, consolidated its operations into two main verticals: Specialized Engineering and Investments. The Specialized Engineering division operates through its subsidiaries Azevedo & Travassos Infrastructure, Heftos Oil and Gas, and MKS Integrated Solutions. This segment executes projects and works (backlog) and projects new contracts (pipelines) in the Oil & Gas, Sanitation, Roads and Industrial sectors. The Investment vertical, in turn, manages a Equity Investment Fund (FIP) that invests in infrastructure concessions, such as the Rota Verde highway project. This business area earns results from the fair value valuation of its concession assets.
