Méliuz S.A. is a Brazilian technology company that operates a digital platform offering cashback rewards for online purchases at various e-commerce partners (Shopping Brasil segment). The company also operates in the Financial Services segment, offering digital accounts and credit cards in partnership with Banco BV, and develops cryptocurrency-related products, such as Criptoback. It has an international mall operation through its subsidiary Picodi and provides B2B solutions to retail partners and industries. Recently, Méliuz adopted the “Bitcoin Treasury Company” strategy, focusing on accumulating Bitcoin as the main reserve asset, using cash generation from its operations and access to the capital market to increase its position in the crypto asset.
