In addition to physical stores, C&A has a significant digital operation through its website and app, integrating channels into an omni strategy. The company also operates in the financial services segment through C&A Pay, its own credit solution offered to customers in stores and digital channels. Its supply chain is strongly based on the domestic market, from where it acquires about 70% of its production.
