Nexpe Participacoes S.A. is a Brazilian reorganization company that has ceased its direct business in the real estate sector. After the sale of its operating units (UPIs), which worked in real estate brokerage and financial services, the company adopted a reduced management structure. Nexpe's current business model focuses on managing licensing agreements for its brands, including Abyara, MF, and Bamberg. Additionally, the company manages the long-term receivables from the sale of these units. The remaining structure is also responsible for executing the commitments set out in the Judicial Recovery Plan.
