Pettenati S.A. Textile Industry is a Brazilian textile company. Its main activities are the production and sale of fabrics and, in smaller volumes, of ready-made garments. The company operates through two main business units: Fabrics and Apparel. Geographically, the company has an industrial unit in Brazil, Rio Grande do Sul, and a major subsidiary in El Salvador, Pettenati Centro América, which accounts for most of the consolidated revenue. Pettenati specializes in circular knitted fabrics and technological textiles, such as the P.E.T. (Performance Engineering Technology) line, serving fashion, activewear and underwear. The company also produces private labels for other brands and has a strong printing operation.
