Alfa Holdings

Alfa Holdings S.A. is a Brazilian holding company, formerly Finanziaria Alfa S.A. - Credit, Financing and Investment. After the sale of Conglomerado Alfa's main financial institutions to Banco Safra, its corporate purpose became equity participation in other companies. The company no longer has direct credit, financing or investment operations, essentially acting as a vehicle to hold shareholding. Its activities focus on managing those remaining equity interests within the structure of the Conglomerado Alfa group.
