After the acquisition of MOVE3, the company became a strong player in the transportation of documents and banking objects, operating under the Flash Courier brand with a network of franchisees nationwide. Its activities also include B2C parcel operations, using modern routing belts, express transportation (air and road) of higher-value items, Full-Truck-Load, and dedicated first and last mile operations. The company adopts an “asset-light” logistics model, focusing on the balance between cost and quality. As part of its restructuring, the company closed its heavy e-commerce logistics (over 30 kg) and indoor logistics (warehousing) operations.
