HSLG11 is a logistics fund with six warehouses in Arujá (SP), Itapevi (SP), São José dos Pinhais (PR), Araucária (PR), Contagem (MG) and Manaus (AM), totaling 507,000 m² of its own area. Rent to retail and e-commerce giants like Casas Bahia, Mercado Livre and Bemol. The main risk is the high concentration of revenues at Casas Bahia, increasing exposure to retail credit risk. Its focus is on last mile assets up to 30 km from the capitals.
