The Kinea Hedge Fund FII (KNHF11) is an actively managed fund with a hybrid and multidisciplinary mandate that seeks to generate returns through a diversified portfolio in different real estate sub-segments, such as CRIs, shares of other FIIs, physical properties, stocks and development projects. The fund uses the track record of various Kinea teams to allocate assets ranging from residential and office segments to logistics and distributed generation, showing significant exposure to real estate assets indexed to both the IPCA and the CDI. Its brick portfolio includes high standard (prime) corporate assets in consolidated locations in São Paulo, such as the São Luiz and HL Faria Lima buildings, as well as a stake in Shopping Uberaba, operating mostly with typical leases.
