Maxi Renda FII (MXRF11) is an active management fund with a hybrid profile, whose main objective is to earn gains through a diversified portfolio of real estate backed financial assets, such as CRIs, debentures, LCIs and shares of other FIIs, as well as direct investments in financial exchanges. The credit strategy focuses mostly on assets indexed to the IPCA, prioritizing debtors with high credit quality (High Grade) and robust collateral structures, such as trust divestitures and bank guarantees from first-tier institutions. In the swap segment, the fund focuses on high-end residential projects in upscale areas of São Paulo, capturing differentiated returns through a structure that mitigates incorporation risks. Its composition is highly pulverized, with an asset base that serves various sectors of the economy, such as food retail, logistics and residential real estate.
