FII has two commercial properties: the Bravo Building! BH, 13,082 m² corporate slab tower in downtown Belo Horizonte (MG), leased to Banco Mercantil do Brasil, Sagres Foundation and Renapsi; and a 748 m² store in the Manhattan Tower building in downtown Rio de Janeiro (RJ), occupied by Banco BRB. The central risk is the high structural asset gap in BH, which accounts for most of the fund's ABL. The difference is the combination of tenants from different sectors — banking, education, and health — in two states.
