Fiagro buys and leases farms in Brazil's main producing regions, with over 20 properties in MT, MA, GO, TO, PI and PR, leased to producers such as Grupo Fritzen and Agropecuária N Fries. The central risk is the cyclical nature of agribusiness — falling commodity prices affect tenants' ability to honor contracts. The difference is to combine three strategies: Sale & Leaseback, Buy to Lease and Land Equity, with an average term of 10 years.
