Founded in 1958, Trio-Tech International operates through four main segments: Manufacturing, Testing, Distribution, and Real Estate. The company develops and manufactures test equipment used in semiconductor manufacturing processes, including leak detectors, autoclaves, centrifuges, and burn-in systems. In addition to equipment sales, Trio-Tech provides comprehensive third-party testing services at its laboratories across Singapore, Malaysia, Thailand, and China. The company also distributes environmental chambers and various electronic components, while its real estate segment invests in and rents properties in Asia.
