Embpar Participacoes S.A. is a Brazilian holding company based in Rio Negrinho, Santa Catarina. Its main activity consists of participation in other companies. Through its subsidiary Battistella Indústria e Comércio Ltda., the company industrialized and traded wood and its derivatives, but it discontinued its activities in the sawn timber market, currently focusing on the sale of remaining stocks.
