The fund focuses its thesis on high-credit tenants, such as Assaí, Grupo Mateus, Sugarloaf Mountain and Leroy Merlin, who are the portfolio's main sources of revenue. This strategy is reinforced by a structure of predominantly atypical long-term contracts, which guarantees security and predictability to investors' cash flow.
