Its portfolio consists of high-end properties and strategic locations spread across several Brazilian states, with a history of low vacancies and high operating liquidity. The fund focuses its thesis on high-credit tenants, such as Assaí, Grupo Mateus, Sugarloaf Mountain and Leroy Merlin, who are the portfolio's main sources of revenue.
