Fundo fechado de desenvolvimento residencial gerido pela RBR Asset, com projetos concentrados em São Paulo (SP) nos segmentos econômico, médio e alto padrão, em bairros como Butantã, Vila Mariana, Campo Belo e Vila Leopoldina. Não distribui renda recorrente: o retorno vem da venda das unidades ao fim de cada obra. O risco central é de execução e prazo, típico de incorporação. O diferencial está na estrutura de equity preferencial em parte dos projetos, que prioriza o fundo no recebimento dos lucros.
